Manage or Cancel Your Subscription

For Google Play subscriptions on Android: open the Google Play app → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → TrueWit → Cancel subscription, then confirm. Make sure you are signed in to the Google Account you used for the purchase.

For App Store subscriptions on iOS/iPadOS, Apple handles billing through your Apple Account. We cannot cancel these subscriptions for you. To cancel:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name at the top of the screen.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Select TrueWit from the list.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refund requests for Apple App Store purchases are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.

For Google Play purchases, use Google Play's refund request page or contact [email protected] for help with your purchase or refund request. Google Play's refund policies and applicable statutory rights apply. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription; account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions.

For website subscriptions, use the subscription management button in the app settings to open the Stripe customer portal. You can manage or cancel your subscription there. You can also email [email protected] to request cancellation.
